San Francisco, CA – Elevate Gourmet Brands® eye-catching grab n’ go marketplace concept Pronto!® was awarded a highly-competitive post-security lease in SFO’s Terminal 3. Offering “curated provisions, sourced locally”, Pronto! takes a unique approach to the airport grab n’ go marketplace delivery model.

With Pronto! we’re partnering with small, local purveyors from San Francisco’s diverse neighborhoods, and showcasing their prepared meals to the millions of travelers, employees and flight crews who pass through SFO every year. It’s a win for airport diners, but it’s also a win for local businesses. One of the benefits of sourcing provisions locally is that Pronto! is able to operate with a much smaller carbon footprint that other airport QSRs. The Pronto concept boasts an exciting new element in the airport concessions space: the Pronto GoGo!® Inspired by the quintessential Italian Piaggio delivery truck, the Pronto GoGo is an electrically-powered mobile marketplace. For airport customers who simply don’t have time to stop, we bring our locally sourced curated provisions right to the gate: packaged, and ready for departure–Pronto!
Because Pronto showcases a wide variety of purveyors and cuisines, the customer has an inclusive list of meal choices including: vegan, gluten-free, halal, and keto dietary preferences will have delicious options to choose from. At Pronto, travelers receive Service with Gusto! as they browse through the creative offerings of Featured Local Purveyors such as Dosa, Limoncello, Burma Inc., Green Heart Foods, and signature, chef-crafted cuisine “Made Exclusively for Pronto” by Whisk & Bowl® and San Francisco Mac + Cheese Kitchen®.
This award comes as EGB entered the build-out phase for two other RFP-winning concepts at SFO: Green Beans Coffee and San Francisco Mac + Cheese Kitchen®, both also in Terminal 3. Their ACDBE partner in this endeavor is Skyview Concessions, founded by Apryl Stewart, a 25-year veteran of airport concessions, with operations at SFO, SMF and LAX.
