Mac + Cheese Kitchen locations are customized with local flavors: Lone Star Mac + Cheese Kitchen in Houston for example includes local smoked brisket, BBQ pulled pork and other regional toppings. Our San Francisco Mac + Cheese Kitchen includes local crab, and Gilroy Garlic selections. We’re also proud to showcase some of the best local beers and wines from the region we open in, both on tap at the Mac and Cheese counter and in the grab n’ go. But the concept wouldn’t be complete without meeting all of our customers’ expectations, so we’ve designed an expansive bar to cater to the traveler who just wants to relax before their flight with a local beer or glass of wine, and we’ve expanded our Toast Ordering System to include customer-facing iPads to facilitate easier food ordering without ever leaving the bar. Additionally, the Mac + Cheese Kitchen has partnered with celebrity chef Robert Irvine’s Boardroom Spirits brand to offer a curated selection of craft, classic and creative cocktails and Chef Irvine’s signature drinks.
