Preston brings over 20 years of Retail and QSR Management experience to Elevate Gourmet Brands. Building teams and systems has been a focus of Preston’s with Elevate Gourmet Brands for the last 10 years. He’s built training and development systems from the ground up and streamlined existing systems to be efficient and successful in the demanding airport space. He spends a great deal of time and energy investing in his staff and coaching the next upcoming leaders of the company.
Preston is most comfortable when solving problems and navigating challenging environments. He enjoys creating sustainable systems that yield long-term growth and improvements for the different brands he oversees. When not behind a desk, Preston is often behind the counter serving customers and occasionally at the helm of an espresso machine making hand-crafted beverages for airport passengers around the US.
