Elevate Gourmet Brands is thrilled to announce the promotion of Preet Grewal to Director of Human Resources.
Preet first joined EGB as Human Resources Manager in 2022, after a decade of successful experience in hiring and employee management. Self-motivated and adept at working to implement programs and changes that enhance the company, she most recently completed a hands-on, day and night work effort to transition Elevate Gourmet Brands to the online payroll service and HR software solution PayCom.

Preet has a bachelor’s in business administration, and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She specializes in Human Resource technologies and regularly attends national training sessions to showcase new HR trends. Her industry expertise includes retail, health care, non-profit, and technology.
