SAN JOSE, CA – With its first location at SFO currently in the build-out phase, Elevate Gourmet Brands’ American comfort food concept Mac + Cheese Kitchen’s buzz continues to grow with a second lease awarded at SJC to open in 2020.
Elevate Gourmet Brands longtime ACDBE partner Ebon Glenn is not surprised by the success of the Mac + Cheese brand, “The industry is responding to this brand in a way we haven’t seen before,” he said, “But Mac + Cheese Kitchen is really the first gourmet mac and cheese concept in the airport space. Diners are always on the lookout for something new and airports have become the place to showcase new concepts.”
Boasting a bar dedicated to local beer and wine selections, menu highlights include The BBQ Pulled Pork Mac with a sous vide cheddar cheese blend, slow-roasted pulled pork and our Green Beans Cold Brew BBQ Sauce. Mac and cheese dishes can be customized with a broad selection of toppings, and signature sides will be available, as will healthy, gluten-free and non-GMO options, and rustic salads.
San Francisco Mac + Cheese Kitchen will feature a fun Li’l Mac Kids’ Menu to include Mac + Cheese Tots and of course kids’ sized mac and cheese dishes, including the Frank’n’ Mac and Li’l Mac.
Elevate Gourmet Brands’ concepts are famous for their pastry displays and this location will be no different, featuring a full selection of sweet and savory pastries. A unique breakfast menu will offer customizable Scrambles and a selection of Breakfast Brioches.
