While we preserve the classic beverages and smoothies that we have all grown to love and enjoy, it’s time to listen to the millennial customer. As we awaken to the short and long term effects of fatty, fried and sugary fast foods, we are reminded that our meals in transit feed us physically, emotionally and energetically. We are offering a better solution than consuming bottles of energy shots, or the additional shots of espresso needed to make it through the demanding work and travel days. Recognizing the time restraints that passengers have today, we have taken the care to design a menu around the speed at which we live and travel throughout the airport space.

Our guiding principles in creating the Blendology menu are balance and choice. The menu reflects a balance of both classic drinks and unique combinations to challenge and surprise our guests. From fruit and vegetable driven choices, to protein focused options, to simply delicious treats, our products are designed appeal to many lifestyles and goals. Ultimately, our objective is to provide a product that reflects modern tastes yet remains comforting. Our recipes strive to eliminate unnecessary sugars and processed foods to allow the individual fresh ingredients to shine. Our bowls, smoothies, and juices integrate many healthful ingredients without diminishing taste or texture. We are meticulous about the ingredients we choose, where they comes from, and how they can be consumed for maximum benefit. We have the skillset to custom blend unique and exceptional hand crafted smoothies and bowls that offer a plethora of the most essential vitamins, minerals, complex proteins and enzymes to nourish your body's cells without the unnecessary carbohydrates and processed sugars. By understanding the textures and flavors needed to make satisfying smoothies or bowls, we are able to use alternative healthier ingredients to create a successful product without using less healthy texturizers. Instead of sugary pasteurized juices we use coconut water or almond milk. Rather than fructose rich sorbets and sugary frozen yogurts we use whole frozen fruits and Greek yogurt, sweetened with Agave or honey.
Blendology has also created a category of mixologist that have specialized training in beverage based Pomology, the study of fruits along with the knowledge and understanding of benefits of root vegetables such as ginger, turmeric, beets and carrots: the Blendologist. These are low in calories and high in antioxidants and contains a wide variety of vitamins and minerals. Our chef and nutritionist have created recipes for optimum nutrient content for customers who choose traditional and those who choose non-GMO, soy-free, gluten-free, ketogenic, paleo, vegetarian and vegan dietary styles. the customer to pick and choose each ingredient all the way to the blender station. A preselected menu is also available for the customers who wish to follow the Blendologist lead on the best option for them. Our linear front line visual array of superfoods allows for a custom build of any beverage or bowl. Our Blendologist are ready to make it your way, you get to choose the base liquid, the fruits, veggies, roots, the add ins and toppings. It's all about loading up with our concoctions and the most nutrient-dense ingredients. Our chefs acai bowl starts out with the finest fruit blended extra thick and creamy, to which we add nutrients, protein, juice or milk and an assortment of decadent yet wholesome ingredients. We top things off with fresh berries, sliced fruits, and nuts. It is a meal or a snack designed to satisfy your hunger and provide the steady slow release of fuel for your busy time at the airport. Our products will only be served in single-use biodegradable cups, spoons, and compostable straws. All bottled water will be in a BPI Compostable plastic, aluminum, or glass bottles only. Today in the QSR space, we are dealing with a very different set of practices. From wrappers and straws to the boxes and bags, fast food packaging counts for an estimated 40 percent of all litter in our landfills. The disposal of the 250 billion disposable cups by global fast food brands used annually around the world has become a major environmental issue. Styrofoam cups being the most common food waste take an unbelievable 900 years to breakdown in our landfills. We, along with the new generation of conscious consumers, believe this needs to change and can change.

All Day breakfast is in our heated grab-n-go station will be ready with your warm breakfast burrito, just in time to catch that flight or ride back home.
